Façade screw, countersunk head, stainless steel A4, Bi-Metal
-
ESSVE Facade Screw Bi-Metal is designed for efficient and durable installation of wooden facades onto ventilated steel battens. With its combination of a hardened carbon steel tip and an A4 stainless steel body, the screw is optimized to withstand demanding environments and ensure long-term corrosion-resistant fastening.
-
ESSVE bimetal screw is the obvious choice for mounting wooden facades onto ventilated steel battens.
The hardened carbon steel tip easily drills through up to 1.5 mm steel, while the A4 stainless steel ensures a long-lasting and corrosion-resistant installation – perfect for demanding outdoor environments.
Stainless steel screws are the best choice for facade applications as they withstand the natural movements caused by weather and wind over time.
- Reduced drill tip – 1.5 mm steel
- Combo thread – High/Low
- Suitable for facade thicknesses of 15–45 mm
- Equipped with TX20 drive
-
Installation tip for best results:
Start with a high rotation speed to allow the drill tip to quickly and effectively penetrate the steel batten. Once the screw has passed through the steel, reduce the speed to achieve a clean and precise finish against the wooden facade – minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring a professional installation.
Recommended speed : 1200-2800 / Min
